payout amount. (Due to the transfer of treasury shares to
employees, it has affected the outstanding shares.)

2.Type and monetary amount of original dividend distribution:
In the fiscal year 2024 of our company, cash dividends totaling
NT$751,645,870 were distributed, with a dividend of NT$5 per share.
3.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution after the change:
As of April 8, 2025, the total outstanding shares of our company amounted
to 150,773,799 shares. We distributed cash dividends totaling
NT$753,868,995, equivalent to NT$5 per share.
4.Reason for the change:
Due to the transfer of treasury shares to employees,
it has affected the outstanding shares.
The profit distribution is maintained at a dividend
per share rate of NT$5. At the board meeting, it was decided
to authorize the chairman to adjust the dividend payout
amount at his discretion.
